I have recently moved to Melbourne and am looking for a game of squash at MSAC. I can play most evenings, and very early on weekends. I have played on and off for 15 years, I have never played comp , but can provide a decent hit out for someone at a similar level. Cheers

I love squash although have not had a decent game for a while, but keen to find a lady who is keen to take on a guy. I was quite good at it some 20 years ago, when I started playing penant at Uni.

I have just moved to Melbourne from overseas and I'm looking for a squash partner. I'm currently free most days. I've played squash for about 5 years. Anywhere around Carlton/CBD is convenient for me but I wouldn't mind traveling further..

I played squash on and off for about 15 years, but more off than on, hence the beginner status. I don't mind playing both begginer or intermediate. Available for weekends/weekdays, mostly nights, but have crazy schedule, so I could arrange almost any time (2 weeks from today). I would prefer MSAC and evenings games.

I've been playing squash, badminton and table tennis on and off throughout the years. I just enjoy playing and not particularly competitive. It's hard to convince my friends to do some fitness activities so it'd be good to play some ball on the weekends or weeknights at MSAC.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
