Played in squash competitions years ago when I was in high school. Haven’t played for the last few years because of work commitments and I’m now looking to start again - mostly for the exercise and some social time. Happy to pair with male or female for squash games. Hills district is best for me location wise.

I used to play squash regularly but have been out of the game for a while. I am looking for someone to play during the week after 6pm or on weekends, I am in Homebush area but can drive to close suburbs if need be. My level is between beginner and intermediate I would say.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
