Hi! I'm 27, played squash at a high level in nz until I left to travel at 19. Got back into it in Perth for a couple of years and loved playing again. Haven't had a hit for about a year and a half now so will be pretty unfit but still have the shots! Would love a good run around with someone who has a bit of experience. Available weeknights, anywhere North ish (i live in North Willoughby) or Gosford/central Coast as I work out there.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
