Hello, I've been playing for most of 2024. Developing my technique and strategy but I am cardio fit, strong and enjoy some friendly competition. I play at Squash4Life Griffith Nathan. Looking for another friendly player to join myself and a few other friends who play socially on Wednesdays, or Sundays with the possibility of other days too.

Visiting Brisbane this week from Perth. Been playing for decades. Looking for a game this Wednesday, Royal Show day. Some courts are closed then, but Stafford, where I have played, is open after 3:00 pm.

Just recently moved to Brisbane. It's been over a year since I've played and just joined Goodlife gym at Holland Park that has squash courts. Would like to play social or competitive for fitness and meet new people. Happy to play most evenings and weekends.

Visiting Brisbane between April 3 and April 11 for work. I would be very keen to play some matches, simply because I can't miss the sport. :-) I can travel to any court and am flexible throughout the day. Have been around Brisbane for a couple of times already, so do not worry that I get lost. As to experience: I started playing in my teens, but only got serious about in my thirties. I am playing at my home club some 2 to 3 times a week.

I played squash and a kid and have been playing weekly for about a year now. Usually have regular games but my friends have dropped off so keen to find some new players to join on the court. I'm a member of Stafford Squash Centre but open to playing elsewhere

I'm looking at getting back into squash casually. 15 years ago I was a pretty good player, but 20 kgs and and ACL with a splash of Bursitis in the shoulder means I might be less than my former great self HAHA. I just love the game and want to play with someone who might be keen for a partner. I am free most nights and Friday days. I am also easy to Collab on where we play to be convenient for both parties

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
