Hi all, I hope all is going well. I have just moved in to a building where a squash court is provided free of charge and its very good quality. I play to a reasonable / good standard. I am hoping to get to comp level reasonably quickly as I played to a good standard when I was 16-18. I will be free most evenings and available from next week. I have just cancelled my membership at Hiscoes where I used to play as this seems more convenient. I live in Pyrmont, 26 y/o male. Let me know if you are interested James - 0458 228 060

Hey everyone, I've played squash about 8-10 times in my life. I absolutely love the sport but can't find anyone who is interested in playing. I love all racket sports so I'm very competent, have great coordination and can be quite competitive. I'm available most weeknights at 6pm and anytime on the weekends. Prefer to play at M.A.A.S.H courts in Maccquarie Park - http://www.maash.com.au/contact_us.php

Have played a reasonable amount in the past but not for a few years, would like to have a bit of a hit to get a bit of fitness back. I live in the inner west and would like to play locally. Am available on the weekends and can probably organise a night during the week with sufficient notice.

I used to play regularly a few years ago but have only played once in the past couple of years! Looking to get back in to it and play 1/2 times a week. Nothing too serious/competitive just good banter! Live in inner west and work in CBD so location flexible and available most days.

Hey everyone, I've been playing squash casually for the past 4-5 years. I'm now looking for players around my area (Neutral Bay/CBD but also Manly and nearby), for weeknight and weekends game. I'm more looking for good play and ambiance than competition. If you are interested let me know :) Cheers, Aymeric

Played squash to good social standard (lower A grade) throughout 20's but has been a number of years since I last played regularly and weight/fitness is not what it used to be! Looking for someone to have a game with 1 or 2 evenings a week (prefer weeknights), ideally in the Five Dock/ Concord area.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
